OKA has been selected to be the ICOR's Training Partner and Representative for Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, and the Spanish-speaking community of USA to promote and provide Organizational Resilience Professional Development.
The International Consortium for Organizational Resilience (ICOR) Competency Model identifies what it takes to be a Leader in Organizational Resilience - across the performance continuum; around the globe; and across all career levels, job roles and job functions. ICOR has identified 25 core competencies that answer the question.
ICOR’s unique certification recognizes the capabilities of those who lead in increasing the resilience of their organization. The ICOR certification program credentials personnel who understand two or more of the disciplines that build a more resilient organization as identified in the ICOR Organizational Resilience Framework or who demonstrate competence in a minimum of 15 OR competency areas as identified in the ICOR Competency Model.
